Customer Payment – Check or Credit Card

Some Buyer’s may allow you to collect payment from the customer when additional services are requested while you or your Providers are on-site. Currently, Innovel Solutions is the only buyer that requires this type of payment collection.

When you’re ready to collect payment – tap Payment on the Service Completion screen.

The Customer Payment screen will display – tap CHECK or CREDIT CARD, depending on how the customer will be paying for their additional service charges.

* You may notice we’ve made some enhancements to the following check and credit card screens that will make the experience look and feel smoother.

Credit Card

A new popup window will display:

  1. Enter the Credit Card # – the app will group numbers based on the card type. For example, “1234-1234-1234-1234”, “1234-123456-1234”, “1234-123456-12345”, etc.
  2. The Card Type dropdown menu will automatically recognize the credit card # configuration, and will display the appropriate card type. However, if the card type is not supported or recognized, you will need to tap the Card Type dropdown menu and select the appropriate option.
  3. Tap the Month and Year dropdown menus to select the appropriate expiration date options.
  4. Tap save (on both Android and iOS). If you need to cancel out of this screen before saving the changes – tap the back arrow in the bottom menu (Android), or tap CANCEL in the top left-hand corner of the window (iOS).
